40 Bags in 40 Days, Day #1

Day #1 was the first junk drawer in the kitchen. Progress already! Look at the before and after:

Lots of items ended up being recycled, some were put into the give away box, and some were just thrown into the garbage. I am very happy so far though!

40 Bags in 40 Days Challenge

I just love this idea! Have you heard of it? The premise is that you will use this list to tidy up 40 areas of your home over a period of 40 days.

I believe this started as a project for Lent, but many people are using this challenge to tidy up at any time of the year! You need nothing except the list, a few bags and about 15 - 30 minutes each day.

I have included my list for inspiration and a blank list to print and fill in with your own items. If you decide to do this, let me know - I would love to be updated on your progress!
